The third generation rare earth permanent magnet NdFeB is the strongest performance permanent magnet. Its BHmax value is 5-12 times that of ferrite magnets and 3-10 times that of Alnico magnets; its coercivity is equivalent to 5-10 times that of ferrite magnets and 5-15 times that of Alnico magnets, and its potential magnetic energy is so high that it can pick up heavy objects equivalent to 640 times of its own weight.
NdFeB magnets have good resistance to magnetic loss and can work stably in high temperature environment. The maximum working temperature of ordinary magnets is about 80℃, beyond this temperature range, serious demagnetization will occur, while the maximum working temperature of NdFeB magnets can reach 220℃.
Due to its high magnetic strength, it requires less NdFeB material to produce the same magnetic field as a large number of other materials, thus significantly reducing the size of the product and the quality of the product.

The grade of sintered NdFeB permanent magnet material consists of three parts: the first part is the main name, which is simplified by the chemical symbol of neodymium element ND as N, the second part is the nominal value of the maximum magnetic energy product (BH)max of the material, and the third part is the letter indicating the maximum working temperature of the magnet.

What are the factors that affect the price of magnets?

What are the material grades of neodymium magnets?

How to choose the high temperature resistant magnet correctly?
1. Choose NdFeB high temperature resistant magnets between 80°C and 230°C working temperature,
2. Choose samarium cobalt high temperature resistant magnets between 250 degrees and 350 degrees
3. At present, only ferrite magnets or AlNiCo magnets can be selected for high-temperature magnets with a working temperature above 350 degrees.
