Sample testing

Once the magnets are magnetized, samples from each batch are tested for gauss, flux, and permeability. This verifies consistency within the batch.

Temperature resistance

Magnets are placed in the demagnetization oven in groups. They are slowly heated and then checked for changes in magnetic strength.

Adhesion

The nickel-copper-nickel coating is analyzed for proper adhesion and coverage. This protects the magnets from corrosion.

Dimensions

Using calipers and micrometers, the dimensions of each magnet are checked against specifications. This ensures consistency in size.

Packaging

Magnets are packaged properly to avoid chipping and cracks during shipping. Packages are clearly labeled with contents.
